There is a barn that was converted to a house that the homeowner is sprucing up. There was an oval window that the casing was falling apart. He asked if we could make one to replace it.

We had purchased a truck load of old barn wood that we were able to make the new window casing.

The homeowner was going to put the finish on it himself.

We were asked to build a custom sized desk for a home office to hold 3 computers.

She wanted it painted white.

We then assembled after all the painting was done.

We then delivered the table and put it where the homeowner wanted it placed. Now she has plenty of space to work.

We had an antique rocking chair come into our shop that sustained a bad break.

The back post was too long for the lathe, so we had to make the new turning using a different tool.

Warren made “wheels” to put on the wooden stick and “turned” it using the table saw.

After turning it, Warren sanded it smooth, and then attached it to the chair.

Good as new!

Here is the project we installed. We built a loft bed with a book case on one end and drawers steps on the other. The homeowner will place a futon underneath the bunk.

We were asked to refinish this floor. The homeowner wanted the floor stained a beautiful dark walnut stain.

We refinished a dining room floor that previously had pergo on it. The homeowners scrapped up the tile and most of the adhesive. We made the floor look new again. Enjoy your new dining room floor, homeowner! ?

This past week we were able to make a king size head board. We made it out of old barn wood.

We stained and finished all the handrails in this lovely house, which includes the front foyer, balcony, back stairway, basement, and attic.

We were asked to make a custom made storm door. The homeowner ordered the glass to fit it perfectly. In the summer the glass can be removed and screen put in place of it.

We made custom made dowel rods to make pegs for Rehmeyer’s Hardwood Flooring using the table saw. We made over 1,600 of them!
