We met with an elderly couple who are the original owners of this particular house. They wanted the carpet to be taken out, the kitchen linoleum taken out and new hardwood flooring put in, along with the stone hearth in the livingroom, taken out and hardwood floor put in.
After taking out the carpet and installing the new wood, we then used professional polyurethane, put 3 coats down for good protection.
The homeowners were thrilled to have their original floors back, along with having a new floor in the kitchen.
