“Can you do somthing with our floors?” The homeowner of this house asked us when we came out to see their project.
The floorboards were cupped, and loose. They looked like they were not maintained for a long time.
Warren was able to replace or repair them. We then sanded them thoroughly and put three coats of Profesional urethane on them.
Most of the floors we are guessing to be hemlock. One room was antique heart pine. We were very pleased with the results.
