This handrail was sanded down by the homeowner, but could not be completed. We were called to finish sanding it and stain and finish it to match the floors.
There was still some old stain and finish left on the posts and rails.
Here you can see where the handrail was sanded cleaner. The black grunge was sanded out.With new coat of stain and finish.
