This floor had a lot of water damage done right in front of the patio door. After sanding we applied 3 coats of professional grade urethane. The floor brightened up nicely.

Replaced a Wobbly Newel Post
When we came to see the balustrade that the homeowner was fussing with it was quite obvious that it needed replaced.
We took out the balustrade rather easily since it was not attached very well. We installed a box newel post we had made, handrail with metal balusters, and a wall handrail.
Replacing a Bottom Round Step
We got the majority of one of the Balustrade jobs completed. We cut away the base round step and installed a new bottom step along with new floor boards since the previous step did not have floor boards underneath it. We stained and finished the new floor boards and installed the newly built box newel posts, rail and metal balusters.
Repairing Stair Treads
This homeowner just moved into a newly built townhouse. When the refrigerator was delivered a lot of damage was done to the steps and the landing. We were called in by the insurance company to repair and refinish them.
The steps were also looking well worn and old.
We sanded all the treads, stained them with a mix of stains to match the other woodworking in the house and applied 3 coats of finish giving it a deeper, rich color.
