Making a Custom King Size Headboard

This past week we were able to make a king size head board. We made it out of old barn wood.

Cutting it down into parts.
I used the router to cut out where the ballusters go in the railing.
The ballusters cut to fit.
Fitting in the ballusters
Now we attach the posts.
All put together now. That’s pretty big. ?
Now it it stained.
